Package
One - $1790.00: Wedding and Reception are at the same location.
Approximately 100 to 150 photos will be taken, which include
pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception photos. Photos include color,
black and white, and or sepia photos at no extra charge. Pictures
will be displayed in a coffee table style wedding album. You will also
get a ready to print archival cd for you to do what you want without
the hassle of reordering for the pictures you have ordered. OR, a
archival CD/DVD of up to 150 pictures with limited copyright
privileges. Included is an online Photograph Gallery to view your
proofs and to order if you or your loved ones desire and a proof book
to show and pick your pictures. My length of stay is four hours. If I
am required to stay longer an additional $50 per hour will be added
there after per photographer.
Package Two - $2420: Wedding and
reception are in the same locations or within 10 miles. Approximately
150 to 400 photos will be taken. Photos include color, black and white
and/or sepia at no additional charge. Pictures will be displayed in a
coffee table style wedding album. You will also get a ready to print
archival CD for you to do what you want without the hassle of
reordering for the pictures you have ordered. OR, a archival CD/DVD of
up to 250 pictures with limited copyright privileges. Included is an
online Photograph Gallery to view your proofs and to order if you or
your loved ones desire a proof book to show and pick your
pictures. My length of stay is 6 hours. The same $50.00 fee
applies if I am required to stay longer, per photographer.
Additions
to packages: DVD Slideshow of Photos $150, additional CD/DVD of
pictures $2.50 per picture over the package amount, Elite photo albums
price determined by album and page amount.
A second professional
photographer may be there with me for photojournalism photographs along
with helping me to get all the photos needed for your wedding. I don’t
want to miss a moment. This will be included in the package pricing.
A
non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is needed at time of hire. This
deposit will be applied to your package price. Full payment is due 2
weeks prior to the wedding date. This deposit is for the purpose of
holding your wedding date and securing the additional photographer.
Kansas tax is applied to all prices and packages at 8.05%
Nikon
Digital camera will be used. I try to be as inconspicuous as possible
sometimes if permitted a flash is needed. I am not responsible for Acts
of God and mechanical or electrical failures, which are beyond my
control. All wedding photos will be stored on an Archival CD for 3
years from date of wedding for any reorders. I am not responsible for
fading of photos. I will use a professional photography lab for all
photographs, which will last longer then the one hour type photo
department.
It is your responsibility to be on time so we don’t
run late. It is more fun and less stressful if we are not rushed. I
like to be finished 30 minutes before the ceremony begins and before
your guest start arriving. Any additional charges for example; if the
session starts late or the photographer is asked to stay past the
agreed time, will be paid prior to receiving and pictures, albums, or
CD/DVD.
